The petitioners claim that certain payment is due to them for certain works performed by them for the respondents, but the payment has not yet been made to them.
In view of the above averments, we direct that if the petitioners make a detailed representation along with certified copy of this order to the respondents no. 2 & 3 giving full particulars of the petitioners' claim i.e. the works done by them and the amount due for each work, item wise, with details and copies of such documents supporting the claim as may be available with the petitioners, the respondents no. 2 & 3 will have the averments of the petitioners in the said representation verified and will thereafter pass appropriate reasoned orders or directions as may be called for in the light of the facts found by the said respondents, within two months of the date on which the aforesaid documents are received by the said respondents.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
