We dispose of the writ petition with the request to the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal/District Judge, Kanpur to decide the Claim Petition No. 709 of 2004 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the Court. It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated upon the claim on merits.
