The petitioner has applied for the renewal and transfer of permit in respect of three wheeler No. UGO 9107 which is pending since 16th June, 2005.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2 to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with proof of filing the application dated 16th June, 2005 is filed before him. It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated upon the claim on merits.
