M/S Ram Narain Om Prakash Cloth Merchant, Thru' Propr. & Anr v. Amit Kumar - WRIT - A No. 71528 of 2005 [2005] RD-AH 6151 (22 November 2005)
|
Hon'ble Anjani Kumar, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners, aggrieved by an order passed by the Prescribed Authority during the pendency of an application under Section 21 (1) (a) of U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 whereby an application filed by the petitioner for production of a document numbered as 30C has been rejected, have approached this Court by means of this writ petition.
I have gone through the order impugned in the writ petition and heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri M.K. Gupta. Since the order impugned in the writ petition admittedly is an interlocutory order which can be challenged by the petitioner if ultimately the prescribed authority decides against the petitioners.
In this view of the matter and the arguments advanced on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed.
Dt: 22.11.2005.
