The claim of the petitioner is that the District Supply Officer, Mahrajganj, vide order dated 11.6.2004 granted a license to run the fair price shop subject to fulfillment of certain formalities. According to the petitioner all the formalities have been fulfilled. Petitioner's grievance is that despite license having been granted in his favour and he having fulfilled all the formalities, he is not being allowed to lift the quota.
In the circumstances, if the petitioner makes a detailed representation regarding his claim before the respondent no. 3 along with a certified copy of this order, the respondent no. 3 will pass appropriate reasoned orders with regard to lifting of quota in case there is no legal impediment in allowing such lifting within a period of one month of the date on which such representation along with certified copy of this order is presented before the respondent no. 3 by the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
