               The petitioner  retired from service on 30.11.2004. He was working as a class IV employee in Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar. The retiral dues have not been paid to him and hence this petition.

             The respondents are directed to either pay the entire  retiral dues of the petitioner to him with 10% compound interest from the due date till the date of payment or to show cause within a period of one month from today by filing counter affidavit. If counter affidavit is filed,  Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within 3 weeks thereafter.      

            List thereafter.
