Leave is granted to correct the prayer. Counter affidavit has not been filed by the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Civil Court has not passed order in respect of plot no.291, which he possesses. Therefore, the order, which has been passed by the authority, is not application to his plot. From the order of Civil Court, we find that it is different plot number. Under such circumstances without keeping the writ petition pending this court dispose of the writ petition with the directions upon to the authority to consider the grievance of the writ petitioner in the light of the observation made by this court within one month from the date of communication of this order by giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order. No order is passed as to costs.
