Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of the applicants for issuing a direction to the court below to decide bail application of the applicants on the same day, it is moved. The applicants are wanted in Case Crime No. 951 of 2005, under Section 307/34 I.P.C.
After having heard learned counsel for the parties, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of finally with a direction to the applicants to surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from today. In event of their surrender and in case they apply for bail, their application shall be heard and disposed of as early as possible as per decision of this Court given in Smt. Amarawati and another Vs. State of U.P., reported in 2004 (57) A.L.R. 390 in Case Crime No. 951/05 under Section 307/34 I.P.C., P.S. C.B. Ganj, District Bareilly.
