Anil Kumar v. Hindustan Petroleum Corpn. Limited And Others - WRIT - C No. 71782 of 2005 RD-AH 6232 (23 November 2005)
Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J.
Hon'ble Vikram Nath, J.
The findings of fact have been recorded in the impugned order in the presence of 5 responsible members of the Corporation and submissions of the petitioner were also recorded and signed by the petitioner himself as well as 5 members present. These are the finding, which cannot be interfered with in writ jurisdiction. It appears from the impugned order that the petitioner failed to submit necessary document i.e. project report without which the marks could not be awarded on the experience certificate and now, as an after thought, the petitioner is repeatedly alleging in this writ petition and the earlier writ petition that he had submitted such document.
In the circumstances, we decline to interfere in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
