Civil Misc. W.P. No. 71503 of 2005
Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J.
Hon'ble Vikram Nath, J.
According to the direction issued by the by the learned single Judge (Hon'ble Mr.Justice Sunil Ambwani), in a contempt matter, which is tied-up with the Hon'ble Judge that all medical practitioners will get them registered with the Chief Medical Officer of the district where they propose to practice and applications for registration or renewals should be made within a particular time. According to the learned single Judge, if application for registration or renewal has not been made by the cut-off date, it is open to the medical practitioner to apply to the learned single Judge stating the reasons for the delay and obtain directions for consideration of the application of registration or renewal. We do not consider it appropriate to pass an order in conflict of the order passed by the learned single Judge as we are not sitting in appeal over that order. Therefore, the petitioner may make an application before the learned single Judge.
We decline to entertain this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
