According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, any error in preparation of the voter list can be a ground for filing an election petition. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner there is an alternative remedy for filing election petition.

In view of this, the petition cannot be entertained under Article 243(O) of the Constitution and is accordingly dismissed.
