Against the order dated 14th November, 2005, requiring the petitioner to handover charge of the post of the Forest Ranger to Sri Ram Singh Vishta, the petitioner alleges that Sri Ram Singh Vishta is on the training of Joint Forestry management and therefore there is no body to take charge from the petitioner. Therefore the order is legally not sustainable.  

In the opinion of the court, the grievance raised by the petitioner requires consideration of the authority itself at the first instance.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order before respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today. On such representation being made, respondent no. 3 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order strictly in accordance with law, preferably within four weeks from the date the representation is so filed.
