Learned counsel for petitioners states that petitioners' house is situated on Plot No. 503 and Plot no. 502 is just infront of the house of petitioners. Sri Krishna Mohan Singh learned counsel for opposite party produced before me the CH Form 2-A in which a part of plot no. 503 is shown as Rasta. Not a single inch of the land of Plot no. 503 was allotted or recorded in the name of petitioners. There is no mention of any residential house in CH Form 2-A. No other documents have been produced/filed by petitioners to show that Plot no. 503 belonged to petitioners or was purchased by them from Hari Lal.
Learned counsel for petitioners seeks time to file supplementary affidavit to bring all the relevant materials to show that petitioners' house is situated on Plot no. 503.
Heard in part. Put up on 7th December, 2005 .
In the meantime, Sri Krishna Mohan Singh, learned counsel for opposite party may file counter affidavit.
