Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.

In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of L.Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India  and others  reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261, the present writ petition is dismissed inasmuch as the proper remedy for the petitioner is to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal at the first instance.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, the petitioner may seek his remedy in accordance with law.
