The petitioners filed an application in 2001 for conversion of their rights from lease hold into free hold in respect of  the land in question. According to them they filed reminders also but the matter is still pending before respondent no.2.

If the respondent no.2 has as yet not taken any decision in the matter, he will take a decision within two months from the date on which the certified copy of this order along with self attested copy of this writ petition is produced before the respondent no.2.

Petition is disposed of.
