It is alleged that the petitioner is a Class Iv Female employee working as A.N.M.  She is aggrieved by an order of transfer dated 17.4.2005 whereby the District Magistrate has transferred the petitioner from Up Kendra Kota to Primary Health Centre, Babhni, which according to the petitioner is at a distance of 150 km from her present place of posting.  It is further contended that having regard to the meager salary paid to the Class IV employees it is impossible to maintain two establishment and in the alternative shifting of the wards of the petitioner during mid session may effect their studies.

In the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation ventilating all her grievances before respondent no. 2, withing two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order.

On such representation being made respondent no. 2 shall call for the records and if necessary may pass appropriate orders transferring the petitioner to some nearby Primary Health Centre,  with reference of the present place of working within a period of two weeks.  Initially for a period of four weeks the impugned order of transfer shall be kept in abeyance and shall thereafter abide the out come of the orders to be passed on the representation of the petitioner.
