Ram Kripal v. State Of U.P. - CRIMINAL REVISION No. 1357 of 1986 RD-AH 6671 (30 November 2005)
Hon'ble R.K. Rastogi,J.
Sri Saurabh Gaur holding brief of Sri A.B.L. Gaur, counsel for the revisionist prays for passing over of the case.
A perusal of the record goes to show that the case is being adjourned since 2003 on the request of the counsel for the revisionist and orders were passed on several dates that no further adjournment shall be granted and that the case shall be taken up for hearing peremptorily. It was also mentioned that in case argument is not advanced on the next date the argument of the learned A.G.A. will be heard and judgment will be reserved, but to no avail, and today again there is a prayer for adjournment.
The learned counsel for the revisionist undertakes that no adjournment shall be sought on behalf of the revisionist on that date and arguments shall be advanced. In view of this undertaking, the case is adjourned today.
List this case in the next cause list for hearing. On that date no adjournment shall be granted on any account and if the arguments are not advanced on behalf of the revisionist, judgment shall be reserved after hearing arguments of the A.G.A.
