Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.

Against the order dated 24.11.2005 relieving the petitioner for joining at the transferred place of posting in pursuance of the earlier orders of transfer, the petitioner have already made a representation which has gone unattended.  Hence the present writ petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no. 4 within two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order.

On such a representation being made the respondent no. 4 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order, preferably within four weeks, thereafter.
