Petitioner claims to have been working on Group 'C' post since  1989 and, therefore, claims benefit of regularisation under the provision of Uttar Pradesh Regularisation of Daily Wages Appointment on Group 'C' Posts (Outside the Purview of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission)Rules, 1998 and also upon the Government Order dated 3.7.1999.

The petitioner in that regard has already made a representation dated 29.10.2005 which is pending consideration before respondent no. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization by means of a reasoned speaking order  strictly in accordance with law, preferably within three weeks, thereafter.
