Under orders of this Court dated 29.9.2004 passed in writ petition no. 206/04, the petitioner has been regularised on the post of Tracer in the pay-scale of Rs. 2750-4400 under order of the Executive Engineer dated 23.4.2005. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the pay-scale admissible to the post of Tracer is Rs. 3050-4590 and, therefore, petitioner claims re-fixation of his salary in the aforesaid scale.
In the facts and circumstances of the case writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent no. 4 within two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order.
On such a representation being made the respondent no. 4 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order, preferably within four weeks, thereafter.
