This is an application for dismissing the writ petition as withdrawn supported by an affidavit of the petitioner Sri Nirbhai Kumar Singh. In para 2,3,4,5 and 6 of the affidavit it has been stated that the relief sought in this petition for issuing appointment letter has already been granted in favour of the petitioner and therefore, no mandamus is required to be issued by this Court.

In view of the said statement, the application is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
