It has been stated in para 7 of the writ petition that petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs. 60,000/- but there is no evidence to support it.

Be as it may, Sri Sanjeev Singh, learned Advocate who appears for the respondent bank  is directed to obtain instruction and to make statement before this court that whether any amount has been deposited or not. After getting that statement, if the averment made in para 7 of the writ petition will be found to be wrong, appropriate action will be taken against the petitioner and if the averment is found to be correct then appropriate orders will be passed.

As prayed, put up this matter on 19.12.2005 as fresh.
