Supplementary Affidavit filed today may be taken on record.
Petitioner alleges to be the wife of Shri Jagdish Prasad who was employed as Peon in the office of respondent no. 4. The petitioner seeks payment of monetary benefits which have become payable to the petitioner subsequent to the death of Shri Jagdish Prasad.
In the facts and circumstances of the case without entering into the merits of the claim set up by the petitioner it would be appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a representation ventilating all her grievances before respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order.
On such a representation being made respondent no. 2 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order, preferably within six weeks, thereafter.
Writ petition is disposed of.
