Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants were falsely implicated in this case on account of suspicion and the evidence against the appellants is only of last seen. It is further submitted that the appellants were on bail during the trial.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case appellants Alauddin, Sheroo and Iqbal convicted in Session Trail No. 97 of 2003 ( State Vs. Alauddin and others) shall be released on bail during the pendency of the appeal on each of them executing a personal bond and on furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
The realization of fine shall also remain stayed.
