Heard the learned counsel for the accused applicant and the learned A.G.A.  and  also perused  the materials on record.

This bail application has been brought  on behalf of accused applicant alleged to be involved in case crime No. 69 of 2005 under section 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. police station  Mat district Mathura.  It is said  that  even from the  statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C.  is considered, victim girl is appearing to be  consenting party. She roamed  with the accused at different places but did not raise any voice.            

Let the accused applicant Sri Mannan alias Jhamman    be released on bail for the offences indicated above,  subject to his  furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, concerned.
