By the judgment dated 13th May 2004 passed in Writ Petition No. 24143 of 2004 filed by the respondent No. 2, the respondent No. 1 was required to pass fresh orders after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties. According to the petitioner, the parties have been heard but orders have not been passed. One and a half years have passed, since the judgement of this Court was passed.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pankaj Mithal for the respondent No. 1.
If there is no other legal impediment, the respondent No. 1 will pass appropriate orders as contemplated by the judgment dated 13.5.2004 within one month of the date on which certified copy of this order is presented before the respondent No. 1.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
