Heard Sri Shamim Ahmad learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.P. Shukla for respondents 2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1.
The grievance of the petitioner is that despite his promotion having been approved by State Government on 14.11.2002 and 15.11.2002 on the post of Tax Officer in Zila Panchayat Sant Kabir Nagar but he has not been given the pay scale admissible to the Tax Officer. In this respect the Zila Panchayat as well as the petitioner have represented to the Principal Secretary Department of Panchayat Raj U.P. Government Lucknow but no order has been passed.
Considering the facts and circumstances it is directed that the Principal Secretary Panchayat Raj U.P. Government Lucknow respondent no.1 shall take appropriate final decision with regard to the grievance of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with fresh copy of the representation. The petitioner is permitted to annex all the relevant documents with regard to his representation.
Petition is disposed of as above.
