Siya Ram v. State O Fu.P. Thru' Secy. Finance & Revenue, Secretariat - WRIT - C No. 76182 of 2005 RD-AH 7792 (19 December 2005)
Hon'ble S.K. Singh, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jai Singh, learned Counsel who appears for the respondent bank.
It appears that at an earlier occasion also petitioner came to this court by filing writ petition No. 26957 of 2005 which was disposed of by order dated 6.4.2005 by providing a time schedule to make the required deposits. Thereafter again petitioner came to this court by filing writ petition No. 56704 of 2005 by which respondent bank was directed to furnish copy of statement of account giving complete details of the amount so paid and now so payable. It appears that now there is grievance about incorrectness of that account and for grant of some more time to make the needed deposit.
In view of the aforesaid, this court is of the view that claim of the petitioner for grant of some more time may be attended by the appropriate court by moving appropriate application in that writ petition but not in this petition.
In view of the aforesaid, with the liberty as observed above, this court declines to grant any relief as prayed in this petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
