        Sri Chandan Kumar states that  the petitioner is no more and he had filed an application for substituting his heirs on 18.11.2005. It is not on record. Office is directed to trace it  and place  the same on record.

The Standing Counsel states that  he had filed counter affidavit  on 31.3.2001. It is  also not  on the record. The office is further directed to trace it and place the same on record.

List this case  in the next cause list. In the meantime, rejoinder affidavit may be filed.

On the next date, the name of Sri Chandan Kumar may be shown as counsel for the petitioner  and the name of Sri Sanjay Sharma may not be shown as counsel for the petitioner.
