This writ petition has been filed for refund of the security amount deposited by the petitioner as per the agreement dated 16.9.2002. A copy of the said agreement has been produced in the Court.
Sri J.J. Munir, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation, has pointed out that it is a matter regarding non statutory contract and in case the petitioner files a proper representation ventilating all her grievances, it shall be considered strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the said representation along with the certified copy of this order. A photostat copy of the agreement shall also be filed along with the representation.
In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within the said stipulated period and if any outstanding amount is found to be due, it shall be paid to the petitioner within two weeks.
Subject to the observations made above, the writ petition is disposed of.
