The petitioner is aggrieved by the allotment of the fair price shop in favour of private respondent no.6 Shri Ashok Kumar. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the procedure prescribed for the same has not been followed.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that for such a grievance, the proper course for the petitioner is to approach the District Magistrate concerned.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, we decline to entertain this petition but leave it open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the District Magistrate, Chitrakoot and in case such an application is moved, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the respondent no. 6 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing a certified copy of this order before him.
