Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner seeks payment of pension as well as post retiral benefits, which have become available to the petitioner subsequent to his retirement on 30th June, 2001 as who was employed as Clerk in the Consolidation Department of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with a liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation, ventilating all her grievances before the respondent no.4, within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. On such a representation being made the respondent no.4 shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within four weeks from the date a the representation is filed.
