Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.  

The petitioner was selected for the post of Assistant Coordinator (Block Educational Resources Centre, in short B.R.C.) under the District Primary Education Programme & Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in the State of U.P. The appointments under the scheme are purely temporary and the selected persons can work on the post for a maximum period of two years and thereafter fresh selection has to be made. After serving for the maximum period of two years the selected person is to be sent to his/her original post.

By the impugned order the petitioner has been posted to his original post. He has also joined that post. Thus, this petition has become in fructuous. Even otherwise there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.

The petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
