This application has been filed for dismissing the petition as not pressed and is supported by affidavit of the petitioner Amit Kumar. It has been stated in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application that during pendency of this petition call letter was issued to the petitioner for considering his case for appointment on the post of conductor on compassionate basis and pursuant thereto the petitioner has appeared on 16.3.2005 before the Interview Board.

It is alleged that on account of the pendency of the petition, the appointment letter is not being issued.

Considering the circumstances, the prayer made in the application, is allowed. The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
