An application has been filed by the petitioner to dismiss the petition as withdrawn. The application is supported by an affidavit. In paragraph 2 & 3 petitioner has stated that during pendency of the petition the District Inspector of School has passed an order retiring the petitioner and, therefore, the petitioner does not wish to press this petition. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
