Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the University Shri Anil Tewari.
The petitioner contends that it is a validly elected Committee of Management and it has sent its papers for approval to the respondent University on 12.12.02 but no orders have been passed on the petitioner's application.
On the other hand, the petitioner has alleged in paragraph-16 of the writ petition that the University has sent notice to one Radha Krishna to appear on 8th of May, 2006. Learned counsel for the University has appeared and brought to the notice of this Court an order passed by Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J. dated 8.10.04 by which, the University had directed to grant hearing to Mr. Radha Krishna.
I, accordingly, direct that the University may pass orders on the petitioner's application also, after affording him an opportunity of hearing. The University is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's application within a period of ten days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
