This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Devendra indicted in case crime No. 603 of 2006 under sections 324, 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Chandpur District Bijnor .
Heard Shri Jagdev Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and have perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that according to supplementary medical report injuries found on the person of the injured are simple in nature.
The learned A.G.A. argued that the injuries are simple but they are on the vital part of the body i.e. chest and abdomen.
I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.
According to supplementary medical report the two incised wounds found on the person of the injured are simple in nature. Looking to the nature of injury, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Devendra indicted in case crime No. 603 of 2006 under sections 324, 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Chandpur District Bijnor, be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
