Issue notice to respondent no. 3 who may file counter affidavit within four weeks.

Till the next date of listing or till submission of charge sheet, whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners namely Ashahad, Sadab and Israr involved in Case Crime No. 192A/C/2005 under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 and 452 I.P.C., P.S. Nizamabad, District Azamgarh shall remain stayed, provided they cooperate with the investigation.
