This is a writ petition against order dated 1.5.2006 passed by respondent no. 3 cancelling fair price shop licence  of the petitioner.

We have heard  the  counsel for the petitioner and  the Standing Counsel  for the   respondents.

According to the petitioner this order was passed exparte.

The petitioner may, if so advised,  file an application before  respondent no.2  for recall of the said order. In case any such application is filed that may be decided  in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
