The petitioner's complaint is that the University has collected fees for the B.Ed. course for the academic session 2004-2005 and has not reimbursed to the college, which has already admitted students and has even held examinations.  

The petitioner has made a representation to the University that the fees should be reimbursed on 16.5.06.  

The University is

represented by Shri Anil Tewari who gives an assurance to the Court that the petitioner's representation dated 16.5.06 will be disposed of within a period of ten days as from today.  This Court directs that the assurance be acted upon it faithfully.

The writ petition is disposed of.
