This writ petition is against the order dated 7.3.2006 cancelling the licence of fair price shop of the petitioner.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents. The petitioner may, if he is so advised, file an appeal. With this observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
