Till the next date of listing or until submission of charge sheet, whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioner namely Ravi Yadav involved in Case Crime No. 75 of 2006 under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 I.P.C., 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Sigra, district Varanasi shall remain stayed, provided he cooperates with the investigation.
