This application is filed by the applicant Seema Devi with a prayer that the learned Magistrate concerned may be directed to accept a fresh bail bond in case Crims No. 240 of 2004 under Sections 304-B, 498-A and 201 I.P.C. and Sections ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Bichhawan, District Mainpuri
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the present case the applicant was released on bail on furnishing a bail bond by the I.O. during the investigation. She has co-operated with the investigation. She has not misused the bail granted to her.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and furnishes a fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the court concerned the same shall be accepted by the court concerned.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
