Applicant Ram Kishori has applied for bail in case crime no. 38 of 2006 under sections 498-A and 304-B I.P.C. and section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act police Station Talgram District Kannauj.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
In this case accused Manni Lal, who was father-in-law of the deceased, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 5.5.2006 in Crl. Misc. Application no. 8729 of 2006 on the ground that main accused of this case is husband. The applicant is mother-in-law of the deceased and so on the ground of parity she also deserves to be bailed out.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I am of the view that the applicant deserves to be bailed out.
Let the applicant named above be released on bail in the aforesaid case on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
