It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the alleged occurrence had taken place in a sudden quarrel. It was not pre-intended. The applicants are in jail since 2.5.2006.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Damodar and Anil involved in Case Crime No. 187 of 2006, under Sections 323, 325, 308, and 504 I.P.C., Police Station Etamad-du-daula, District Agra be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two heavy sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
