It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that from the possession of the applicant cattle were recovered from the possession of the applicants . There is no evidence to show that they were carrying the cattle for the purpose of slaughtering. The applicants are in jail since 1.5.2006
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Gauri Yadav and Ram Adhar Yadav involved in Case Crime No. 142 of 2006, under Sections 3, 5A and 8 Govadh Niwaran Adhinium and under Section 11 Pashu Krurta Adhinium, Police Station Nebua Naurangia, District Kushi Nagar be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two heavy sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
