Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been summoned by the learned Magistrate concerned. There is cross version of the alleged offence. From the side of the applicant also the F.I.R. has been registered. Both sides received injuries. The injuries received by the side of applicant has not been explained. The prosecution has not come with clean hands.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Raju involved in Case Crime No. 884 of 2005, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 and 307 I.P.C., Police Station P.S. Kandhauli , District Agra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
