The prosecution case rests basically upon the solitary testimony of the complainant that there is an attempt to improve the prosecution story. During the pendency of this appeal, each of the appellants namely, Devi Dayal, Hem Raj and Ram Pal, who have been convicted in S.T. No. 141 of 2003 under Sections 147,148, 149, 302, 506 and 427/34 I.P.C. P.S. Dakore, District Jalaun, shall be released on bail on furnishing personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jalaun.
