It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to prosecution version only 6 cases are shown in the gang chart against the applicant in which he has been released on bail. The applicant is in jail since 2.3.2006.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Bablu Pasi involved in Case Crime No. 104 of 2006, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Nizamabad, District Azamgarh be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned
