Even otherwise, as pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel, the petitioner has not annexed the copy of the main order dated  2.6.2006 and has only annexed the copy of the consequential letter. In such circumstances, the petition cannot be entertained. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
